Michael Buckland

‘Exmouth Festival’

I am a full time painter living in Exmouth. During the Exmouth Festival I was ‘Artist in the Park’  making drawings in Manor Gardens.

The attachment is an acrylic painting on canvas made in situ.

It was painted on Friday 4th of June, (some work was added in the studio afterwards) I think it has some of the spirit of the Festival!

    I’m happy to say I was there, in the park on 4 June, chatting to Michael as he painted! This is a wonderful image of a wonderful festival – I hope some more hit Createxe before long – and let’s have even more visual art there next year!
